Cancellation Policy – Ajantha Fashions

At Ajantha Fashions, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations are accepted.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

⚠️ We recommend cancelling as soon as possible after placing your order.

After Dispatch

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • In such cases, you may refer to our Exchange Policy (if applicable).

Refund Process

If your cancellation is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

Payment Mode Conditions

🔹 Prepaid Orders

  • Full refund will be issued if cancelled before dispatch

🔹 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • No charges if cancelled before dispatch
  • Repeated cancellations may lead to restriction of COD option

  • Cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing the order
  • Orders placed during sale or offer periods may have limited cancellation options
  • Ajantha Fashions reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
    • Product unavailability
    • Payment issues
    • Incorrect pricing or technical errors
